Terms and conditions
Loki Vintage Propaganda operates the online sales site on www.partage.lokipropagand.art (sub-domain of www.lokipropagand.art) hereinafter referred to as ‘the Site’ or ‘the Seller’.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as at 19 May 2025, apply to all orders placed on the website of the company ‘Loki Vintage Propaganda’. The other sales platforms used by the Seller are not affected by these Terms and Conditions and are governed by their own Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance of these conditions
Anyone placing an order on the www.partage.lokipropagand.art website accepts these terms and conditions of sale without reservation.
Open price and no charge
The prices displayed on the Vendor's site are in Euros (€). They are not subject to VAT.
The basic fee for all files offered on the Site is €0.
However, Customers can enter a free amount if they wish, to show their support for the Seller.
Products
Type of products
The products available on the Seller's site are digital files created by Loki Gwynbleidd. These are digital artistic creations (images, text) or digitised versions of physical artistic creations.
The products are distributed in several computer formats specified in the product sheets.
No physical items are sold on the Site.
About files
The products available on the Vendor's site are distributed in standard computer formats, i.e. JPEG/JPG and PNG for images; PDF for text and text + images; TTF for fonts.
These formats should be readable on most computer terminals and smartphones using the basic tools of the main systems.
Loki Gwynbleidd cannot be held responsible if the Customer is unable to open and use the files downloaded via the Site.
Similarly, Loki Gwynbleidd cannot be held responsible in the event of hardware or software malfunction following the downloading of a file available on the Site.
User licence
Whether purchased or obtained free of charge, all files distributed on the Vendor's site are subject to a specific user licence:
- Creative Commons licence for images and text
- SIL Open Fonts licence for typefaces
This means that image files and text documents are not authorised for commercial use.
Typefaces are authorised for commercial use.

How the shop works
Purchase system
The ‘Catalogue’ section of partage.lokipropagand.art is an online shop where customers can obtain files free of charge or at no cost.
Once the products have been selected, the Customer is invited to confirm the order and pay for it, if applicable.
The validation and/or payment of purchases confirms the order and binds the Customer and the Seller.
Payment
If the Customer chooses to pay a free amount for a product, a payment form will appear when the order is validated.
The payment form does not appear if the Customer has not indicated any free amount and has kept the products free of charge.
Payments can be made by credit card (via Stripe) or Paypal.
Retrieving files - Free orders
After validating a free order, the Customer is redirected to an automatically created personal account. Downloadable files are available in the dedicated section of this space.
A summary e-mail is also sent to the address given at the time of validation. It contains a link to your personal account.
Customers are invited to create a password for this personal account, which they can use for future orders or to download the products they have ordered.

After paying for an order, the Customer is redirected to a login page for a personal account.
By requesting a temporary code by e-mail, customers can connect to their personal account and retrieve the files they have purchased. They can also obtain invoices and summaries of past orders.
A summary e-mail is also sent to the address given at the time of validation. It contains a link to your personal account.
Customers are invited to create a password for this personal account, which they can use for future orders or to download the products they have ordered.
About the personal account
Each time an order is validated, a personal account is created. This is linked to the name and e-mail address indicated at the time of validation. If the information entered is similar to that given for a previous order, each new order will be linked to the personal account of the first order.
The Customer's personal account can be accessed via the link indicated in the summary e-mail for each order or via the Site by going to the main menu, then the ‘Download’ sub-menu and the ‘My account’ item.
This personal account is automatically and compulsorily created with each first order.
If a Customer wishes to delete their account, they may do so by contacting the Seller at contact@lokipropagand.art.
About online hate
The Seller reserves the right to delete the personal account, revoke downloads and block the IP address of any person who disseminates hateful content (sexism, racism, ableism, queerphobia, grossopobia, psychophobia, etc.) by various means.
This concerns e-mail addresses referring to hateful and/or insulting material or persons who are recognised by the Seller as being hateful and/or insulting following e-mail or social network exchanges with the Seller or with other persons.
Complaints and cancellations
The Seller shall not be entitled to make any refund or exchange in the event of erroneous purchases and/or if the Customer is not satisfied with a product.
Furthermore, when downloading/purchasing digital content from the Vendor's site, the Customer agrees at the time of purchase that the Vendor will begin to fulfil its contractual obligations immediately, before the end of the withdrawal period, and by doing so, the Customer expressly waives the right to exercise its right of withdrawal.
Protection of personal data
The Seller undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the information transmitted by the Customer in order to process the order.
Under no circumstances will this personal data be sold, rented or disclosed to third parties, except in accordance with the law. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data.
